Make a decision that you will settle any misunderstanding in a biblical and Christ-like manner. That means that if you have a problem you should go to the person and try to settle it rather than criticize what the missionary did.

I would like to share a few helps with you to assist you in managing your time well. These are pointers that have worked for me, and I trust they will help you.

God’s future plan for your church will undoubtedly look considerably different than God’s future plan for another church. This is where broad biblical principles (such as “go reach the world”) come into specific focus for each individual church.

Our 2010 theme for Lancaster Baptist Church is "By His Spirit." Truly, the Holy Spirit's filling is a "must have" for every spiritual leader. Without His ministry in and through our lives, we will not properly fill the leadership roles in which God has placed us. But through the power of the Holy Spirit, we can see Him do the impossible!

Servant leadership is the direct opposite of the world’s model of leadership. The world says leadership gives me the right to be served; but Christ’s example shows that leadership gives me the opportunity to serve others.

I think most of us would have to admit that last year was in some ways a disappointing one. I certainly do not mean to be a discouragement with this article, and I am not discouraged as I write it. In fact, in many ways I think we are living and ministering in one of the greatest periods of Church history.

Once you have dreamed a dream, you must share your dream. Once God has clarified His vision in your heart, you must share that vision with those you lead.

The implementation of vision is primarily an act of obedience to the Word of God. When you truly delve into the Word of God, seeking His heart for your church, the result will be revival and faith.

The care group leader helps his class leader create an atmosphere of belonging within the class, by fellowshipping, contacting, and caring for the assigned members of the class.
